Le Ratoureux, is in the honor of our grandfather Petit and here is the story that is told:
Grandpa Petit had more than one trick in his bag. It is said that during prohibition, he took advantage of his contacts to avoid descents and hide his barrels in the orchard. The result of an oak cask fermentation, this cider with fine bubbles is a tribute to its ingenious recklessness.
