
Spinach salad with walnuts
Dressing Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 red onion
3 c . tablespoons sugar
1 c . Dijon mustard tea
1 c . tablespoon poppy seeds
20 ml unpasteurized cider vinegar
50 ml Petit Frisson
cup vegetable oil
* salt and pepper
Salad 2 persons:
170 gr spinach
red onion rings
1 apple , diced
40 gr walnuts whole
80 gr of aged cheddar , 3 or 5 years
preparation:
Mix all dressing ingredients except the oil and move the robot with the blade. Add the oil gradually. Add the dressing to the salad.
