Tasting Note
Orange cider is obtained by the macerating apple juice in contact with the skin and the flesh of the apple. At 8.4% alcohol, this orange-colored cider is the result of double fermentation. Wild yeasts work during the first fermentation in the tank. Then, it is bottled for the second fermentation which allows to obtain natural carbonation. This natural, sparkling, unfiltered cider is dry and tasty! This limited edition was developed from the Russet apple, very sweet, aromatic and tasty. The illustration of a mill emphasizes the proximity to nature and the artisanal character of this proudly Quebec product.
