The orange cider follows the trend of orange wines. It is made through the maceration of apple juice in contact with the skin and pulp of the apple, which gives it an orange hue. In the tank, the yeast acts during the first fermentation. Then, it is bottled for the second fermentation to achieve natural carbonation. This natural, sparkling, unfiltered cider is dry and flavorful! The illustration of a mill highlights the connection with nature and the artisanal character of this product. Best served cold. As an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with crackers topped with cheese, a few olives, and a handful of nuts, offering a simple, rustic, and flavorful pairing that highlights its dry and natural character.
