Made from 72% Cortland and 28% McIntosh, it is perfectly balanced, neither too dry nor too sweet, while maintaining a pronounced apple flavor! Ideal for pairing with your grilled dishes, it evokes the sensation of biting into a fresh, juicy apple in the fall. Subtle notes of lemongrass and white flowers complete the experience.
