Melba is a medium size apple, her skin is thick and leathery and her color is pale yellow with striped pale red. This apple variety is very fragile. Since 2015, we participate in a program against The codling moth , Cydia pomonella . This struggle is to install in our orchards, pheromones . These pheromone aim the mating disruption and thereby counter the coupling and devastation. This new tool eliminates the use of chemicals such as pesticides in our orchards . The importance of the quality of our products is our goal !
