Mango salsa and ice cider
For 4 people :
1 medium tomato
1 medium mango
¼ red onion
½ clove garlic
1 squeezed lime
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1 pinch of sea salt
1 c . chopped fresh parsley tea
1 c . chopped fresh basil
1 c . chopped fresh coriander
50 ml of ice cider
85 g smoked salmon
Toast , baguette, crusty bread or canapés
preparation:
Dice the tomato and mango.
Finely chop the onion , garlic , parsley , basil and cilantro.
Mix together in a bowl incorporating ice cider , pressed lime , salt and crushed pepper . Marinate several hours to increase the flavor.
On a toast , put a piece of smoked salmon and cover with c . salsa of tea.
Enjoy with a chilled rosé cider.
