Tasting Note
Freshly picked in the fall, the apples are pressed . The cider undergoes a long fermentation and aging in barrels in contact with the petals of the red hibiscus flower which gives it its beautiful shinny red colour and its unique taste. A fruity hint, a hint of acidity, it quenches your tirst with a nice acid/sweet balance.
La Tannante, is in honor of our new family member and here is the story that is told:
Little by little, the word spreads: there is a new recruit at the cider factory. Passionate about novelty, it is not uncommon to see her disappear for hours, in search of new unusual flavors... Some people say she has magical powers, but we haven't told you anything!
