The carefully sorted apples then begin a journey on a conveyor, gently guiding them to the crusher.

The crusher does its work, transforming the apples into a delicate pulp. Then, with measured pressure, rollers extract the juice.

The golden juice is carefully collected in tanks identified according to the varieties of apples used.
