Shipping and handling fees are included in the sale price. The fees depend on the size, the weight and the insurance. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Packages are insured with UPS.
Delivery may vary with the province, state or country. Weather conditions, Statutory or seasonal Holidays can cause shipping delays as well.
Reimbursement and exchange conditions
If you are not satisfied with the product, you must resend it within 7 days with a valid postmark of the date. You also must send us an e-mail at email@example.com advise us if you want a credit, an exchange or a reimbursement.
You must send the original invoice with the product for reimbursement.
The product must be in excellent condition in order to be accepted for reimbursement, exchange or credit.
On receipt of the product, we will decide if it conforms to our standards. We will reimburse the product price only and taxes if applicable. We do not reimburse shipping or customs fees. We are not responsible if the rate of exchange varies on your credit card.
